Wrightsville Beach calls special meeting to discuss fines levied by police department | Business

WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) – The Wrightsville Beach Board of Aldermen will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a supplemental budget action, according to a news release from the Town of Wrightsville Beach. The action, which involves fines levied by the Wrightsville Beach Police and park ranger, must be addressed before the end of June, the release said.

The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, located at 321 Causeway Drive.

The Wrightsville Beach Board of Adjustment is also scheduled to meet on Thursday at 5 p.m.
