Which Wich sandwich chain comes to Mayfaire | Business

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Local foodies who are looking for a new, casual restaurant to try are in luck -- Which Wich Superior Sandwiches has officially opened its Mayfaire location, according a press release from officials with the company.

Customers can pick from over 50 varieties of customizable sandwiches, including options under 400 calories and vegetarian selections.

Unlike some other sandwich shops, diners at Which Wich locations select what they want with red Sharpie pens on pre-printed sandwich bag menus. Customers are then encouraged to draw on their bags with Sharpies and hang their final products on a community wall.

Which Wich also offers hand-dipped milkshakes, freshly-baked cookies and signature house chips,

The chain was founded in Dallas in 2003.
