WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) - It's as easy as A.B.C., according to thegivershirt.com. First you pick a shirt, then the charity, and you have a changed life.
Simply buying a t-shirt can have an impact in a charity of your choice. With every shirt purchased 60% of the proceeds will go to supporting charities. The money helps send kids to camp, provide fresh water, wounded soldiers, and more.
You can find a list of the charities they support here.
The Giver Shirt was created by professional surfer Dave Yearwood as a way for him to give back to the things he was passionate about.
You can buy the shirts online or at Hallelu Boutique on Wrightsville Beach, which is owned by Yearwood and his wife.
