Artists create Santa Claus scene at Wrightsville Beach

WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) – The Christmas spirit is coming to Wrightsville Beach a few weeks early.

Artist Dianne Lough, of Winston Salem, and Sandi Adams, of SandiCastles, will work together Wednesday to create a Santa Claus scene at Wrightsville Beach in front of the Holiday Inn.

According to a press release, the sculpture is a free photo opportunity designed for families to stand in and have their photos taken for holiday cards or just for fun.

Everyone is invited to Wrightsville Beach Wednesday afternoon to stand in the sculpture.
