WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) – A pajama party and fashion show to end homelessness will be taking place soon at Bluewater Grill, according to an event organizer.
From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, March 8, participants are invited to wear their best pajamas and enjoy a night of dancing as part of the 10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness.
Blush Haus of Beaute, Lilies and Lace, and Cool Sweats will host the fashion show that will take place.
Guests can enter a pajama contest and bid on silent auction items to win prizes. Food, wine, and music will be served at the event.
Money raised will go towards the Cape Fear Homeless Medical Respite Project, which provides a safe environment for ill and injured homeless people to get better.
The cost to attend is $30.
