TRAFFIC: Inspections planned for Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge
WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) – Traffic may be disturbed on the Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge beginning Monday, according to a news release from the N.C. Department of Transportation.
The eastbound and westbound right lane of U.S. 74/76 at the Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge over the Intracoastal Waterway will reportedly be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., June 25-28 for routine bridge inspections.
Drivers are advised to allow for extra travel time or use an alternate route when possible.
