WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - One Wilmington restaurant is gearing up for the Olympic games by planning its own Olympic competitions.
Employees at Fox and Hound in Mayfaire say they will be holding their own tournaments throughout the next couple of weeks, in events like pool, darts and corn hole.
They also say business can be slow in the summer, where there are not a lot of sporting events, so international events, like the Olympics help to boost business.
"It's definitely going to be a little bit busier better during lunch, better than normal with a lot of activities and events going on at lunch time," said Daren Helms who works at the restaurant.
He says events like volleyball, basketball and swimming are especially popular.
