Wrightsville Beach Town Manager to retire | News
WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WECT) - Wrightsville Beach Town Manager Bob Simpson plans to retire in November this year.
Simpson has been town manager for the past 7 and a half years.
In a letter to Mayor David Cignotti and the Board of Alderman, Simpson said he arrived at the decision "with some degree of sadness."
Simpson said he leaves the town in a sound financial condition.
